Kamp!

No that's not a typo...last week I packed up my 2 daughters, left the husband home alone with a dumpster and his thoughts (haha...the dumpster is actually for some demo he was doing to our home while we were away) & we headed off to PA for a fun-filled week at Kid's Kamp 2014! Our gracious hosts were also our dear friends & the directors of the camp. They allowed me to live in their house and let my oldest daughter attend day camp. She was with her team from 9-7:30 every day and then I had both of my girls overnight.

Liana LOVED her time at camp. She definitely needed some time to adjust to the schedule and stop running away from her counselors every time she got distracted by something new and exciting. But she got used to the routine eventually and her little extroverted heart just soaked up every minute of her time there.

Here are some of her/our experiences:

Playing a game!

Liana & Lydia

On the obstacle course...

Frozen bananas for snack!

Riding her first pony!

Campfire night...her face is hot from the fire

The slip-n-slide!
 (Thanks Abi!)

It was loads of fun, really great to see my friends and be back at my childhood summer camp! Thanks again Esther & Micah <3 br="">
